Who We Serve
LIVED2TELL provides one-on-one encouragement, patient navigation support, and practical assistance for cancer patients navigating treatment without a strong support system.
We currently serve patients across:
- DeKalb County
- Rockdale County
- South Gwinnett communities including Lilburn, Snellville, Grayson, and Loganville
Patients receiving care across the Atlanta medical region may also be referred when services are available.
